What is the general thickness tolerance of wear-resistant steel plates?

The thickmes tolerance of wear-resistantsteel plates usualy complies with GB/T 709-2019 "Dimensions, shapes, weights and allowable deviations of hot roled steel plates andstrips", and the tolerances are divided into four categories: N, A, B, and C3. The details are as follows:

With the increase of nominal thicknes and width,the absolute vale ofthe alowablethickmnesdewiation akso qradualy increases.for example, i the nominalthicknes is areaterthan 200-250mmand the width is s1500mm,the alowable thickmessdeviation is +1.60mm; ifthe widthis greaterthan 150 -2500m,the alowable thicknes devaton is +1.80mm; f the width is greater than 25004000mm, the allowable thickness deviation is +2.00mm: if the width is greater than 4000 - 4800mm, the alowable thicknes deviation is +2.20mm

deviation is positive 2.20 and negative 0.In adition,the standard also stipuates that for stel plates with a thickness greater than 200mm, the thicknes tolerance can also be determined by negotiation betwen thesuply and demand paries and stated in the contrac. for continwously roled steel plates, the thicknes tolerance is divided into grades according to the yield strength,and in theGB/T 709-2019 standard,the original yield strength grade is changed fom 345MPa t0 360MPa 10. ifthe demanderhas special requirements, other special tolerances can also besupplied after negotiation between the supply and demand parties.
