Challenge: When transporting gravel, slag, construction waste and other materials, the bottom and side plates are subjected to continuous impact and sliding wear, especially when unloading, the material pulling and friction on the carriages are extremely serious, resulting in deformation, thinning and even perforation of ordinary steel plates.

Solution: Use NM360/NM400 wear-resistant steel plate to make the bottom and side plates of the wagon. Its high hardness and abrasion resistance form a strong protective layer, and its excellent toughness ensures that brittle cracking will not occur under frequent impacts.

A large logistics fleet uses wear-resistant steel plates to manufacture dump truck bodies. Compared to the previous situation where ordinary steel carriages needed overhauling after 6 months, the new carriages are still within the safe range of wear and tear on the bottom plate after 18 months of use, which is an increase of more than 200% in service life and a significant reduction in maintenance costs and downtime losses.
